Programmer
We are seeking a Programmer with 3 years of ASP and VB experience. This is a minimum requirement to be considered as an applicant. Other desirable skills include designing and developing Internet applications using HTML, JavaScript, IIS, SQL Server, COM, .NET and XML. CS degree preferred. Excellent English and communications skills are essential. We offer excellent pay, health benefits, 401k and profit sharing in a high tech environment.

Independent Account Representative
As an Independent Account Representative, you will be authorized to promote and to sell our services. e-Selex will provide you with advertising literature and training. You will make your own schedule, having the choice to work as much - or as little - as you like. In return, for five years you will receive 10% of the gross revenues from your customer accounts.
The program requires an advanced degree in I/O Psychology or a closely related field. You must also have a good working knowledge of the Internet, validity and utility concepts, and biodata prediction technology. You also need to understand business and management perspectives.
